What's the warranty?
The warranty includes the power bank, motor, box, charger, code table / accelerator, tire, handle. Most of the warranty from the items hold up for for 1 year. Aside from tire being 15 days, and handle for 6 months. To learn more, to go to the User Manual page.
How do i charge the luggage?
Before charging the luggage, you should first check the input of the charger voltage (100-240V) is consistent with the grid voltage.
Once you're done with checking the voltage, second step is to connect the input plug of the charger unto the charging jack of the battery, finally, connecting the input of the charger to the AC power supply.
And you're set! Be sure to check the indicator when charging (red when charging, green when fully charged).

How do i maintain and care the luggage?
To maintain and care for your motorized luggage, clean it regularly, avoid overloading, keep the wheels and motor parts debris-free and lubricated, store it in a cool, dry place, ensure zippers and electronics work smoothly, let it air dry if wet, promptly repair minor damages, and keep the battery properly charged.
Is the smart luggage allowed on airplanes?
Yes. All Elala Luggages is equipped with removable battery, which meets the international common airline standards. It includes America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
